Overheard in the candy aisle this week, a senior couple, husband to wife: “Don’t get that. We want them to like us.”
I burst out laughing – a reaction appreciated, I think, more by the gentleman than by the lady. 😉
Today is a day to appreciate the joy that this celebration brings to the young ones.
